Need to dispute a transaction or report misuse of your card?

  1. If you still have funds on your card, please suspend your card to prevent any further card misuse. You can do this by logging into your card account and clicking “Suspend Card”.
  2. Then, to launch an investigation, please complete the following dispute form and email to [email protected]

Note: we are unable to investigate any transaction that is older than 120 days at time of lodgement and any transactions of $25 or less. Disputed transaction enquiries may take up to 10 weeks to resolve.
